The Drew Mathieson Center (DMG) is a cornerstone of Manchester Bidwell’s Horticulture Technology program, offering a 40,000-square-foot educational greenhouse where students gain practical experience in horticulture. IKM is currently working with the Manchester Bidwell Corporation to renovate and reconfigure the DMG to support a new urban farm concept.

The project includes the addition of retail space for produce grown within the greenhouse, providing direct access to the community. Flexible community spaces will accommodate training, exhibits, and public events. The renovation also includes updated office spaces, a conference room, expanded storage, and a new entry to improve accessibility. New signage will enhance the visibility of the Bidwell Urban Farm Shop, further integrating the center with the local community.
