St. Clair Health identified a need to expand and modernize its outpatient services, leading to the addition of a new facility on their main campus. This expansion enhances patient experience with valet services, a co-located range of services, and a streamlined one-stop visit. The facility includes a Diagnostic Imaging Suite, efficient procedural spaces, and amenities such as a Café, PT/OT suite, Pharmacy, and specialty physician practices.

This building is designed to align with its functions, seamlessly integrating the campus’s existing material palette while reinterpreting it to reflect the cutting-edge services offered in the new addition. A striking feature is the monumental stair, highlighted by a sculptural light fixture, which connects the 4th-floor parking lobby, the 5th-floor main lobby, and the 6th floor. A cozy café off the main lobby provides both visitors and staff with a peaceful space to relax and recharge.
